With nearly three decades of background in analytics consulting roles as well as operational and leadership roles in regulated businesses, Paul joined IMPOWER in June 2024.
With a passion for data and the actionable insights that it can provide to inform, support and reflect on organisational change, Paul leads our teams focussed on applied analytics, product development, system change and information governance. These teams support the wider business to function smoothly and bring those insights to bear for our clients.
Rugby is also a passion, having refereed a little, played quite a bit, coached a lot and watched far too much over the years.
