Dominic Luscombe
Director
Dominic is a Director at IMPOWER and works with the public sector to improve outcomes for people and localities. He leads IMPOWER’s national work and offer on Children’s Social Care. This involves working with local authorities and partners across the country to improve life chances for children, young people and families, while improving the financial sustainability of services and support.
In his ten years at IMPOWER Dominic has led the delivery of complex change across a wide range of local areas including Haringey, Hartlepool, Ealing, Tower Hamlets, Hertfordshire, Central Bedfordshire, Somerset, Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Suffolk, North/ West Northamptonshire, East Sussex, Telford & Wrekin and Coventry.
Prior to working at IMPOWER Dominic worked in roles focused on change, transformation and policy within the local government and the voluntary sector, including the Greater London Authority, the London Borough of Hackney and Shelter.
