IMPOWER at NHS ConfedExpo 2025

We are excited to be attending this year’s NHS ConfedExpo in Manchester on 11 and 12 June. The event is convening at a pivotal moment for the NHS as we eagerly await the publication of the 10-year plan and navigate the extensive organisational restructuring underway, all while continuing to deliver exceptional care for patients.
As we take stock of the current state of the NHS, it feels as though leaders are caught between the stark clarity of a renewed focus on core financial and operational performance from the centre, and the uncertainty created by restructures and shifting power dynamics. This latter point is particularly evident in conversations about which system partners are best positioned to drive forward initiatives like Neighbourhood Health Care.
Recognising both the challenges and opportunities of this moment, we have recently invested in and expanded our health delivery team. We’ve added expertise in finance, strategy, reconfiguration, and capital programmes to our team, enhancing our established offerings in service improvement, commissioning, and urgent care transformation. By broadening the range of expertise within our team, we are better equipped to support the sector in navigating complexity and delivering tangible impact.
Understanding complex change is crucial for navigating the current times. In our discussions, NHS leaders often stress that they have exhausted all the ‘quick wins’ and have maximised the options to improve operational performance within their control. To unlock the next set of opportunities, the focus shifts to working at a system level, coordinating plans with partner organisations (both within the health service and across place), and moving resources across boundaries.
One of our key messages is that complexity doesn’t have to slow down delivery. Our team is dedicated to making change real, unlocking value for the NHS, and creating impact. As highlighted in our case studies, by driving delivery, we help build confidence and momentum, making you more resilient for the long term.
We are looking forward to more conversations with colleagues from across the sector. If you are attending NHS ConfedExpo, come and visit us at stand A21 – we’d love to chat! Do get in touch ahead of the event if you would like to catch up.
