IMPOWER shortlisted for four MCA Awards

Next week marks the annual celebration of consulting excellence: the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards. And we are delighted to have been shortlisted in four categories again!

The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) is the representative body for management consultancy firms in the UK. The annual awards ceremony demonstrates the value of consulting, and celebrates the results achieved when clients and consultants work together. The growing number of submissions and award categories demonstrates the MCA’s increasingly strong reputation and the fantastic work being delivered by consultants and their clients.

There are without doubt many projects and individuals deserving of an award, so to be shortlisted within four categories is a huge achievement and we are truly proud.

Two of our projects have been shortlisted in the following categories:

  • ‘Performance Improvement in the Public Sector’ for our work with Derby City Council
  • ‘Best Use of Thought Leadership’ for our Valuing Care work

The impact we deliver for our clients is only possible because of our dedicated and passionate colleagues, two of whom are finalists:

  • Sandra Ositelu for the ‘Inclusion’ award
  • Libby Caulfield for being ‘Team Leader of the Year’
