James is an experienced public sector transformation and strategy lead. With close to two decades experience, he has worked across the NHS, local government and policy to deliver better outcomes that cost less. As the Managing Director of Health and Adults at IMPOWER, he has worked to support complex change across the health and care interface. This has focused on discharge, hospital at home, prevention, new models of care and wellbeing, as well as strategy definition and execution. Alongside a passion for delivering change and innovation across public services, he leads on strategy and partnership development for IMPOWER.
