Deborah Crossan
Managing Director of Children, Families and Education
Deborah is an experienced transformation and change consultant who joined IMPOWER in 2013 having previously worked for the public sector for seven years. Deborah leads our Children, Families and Education team and is committed to delivering change that both improves outcomes and is sustainable. Deborah is experienced in co-production and has led IMPOWER’s work on applied behavioural science, she is focused on how it can be used to break down barriers and lead to positive change.
Outside of work Deborah is the Chair of a rugby club and continues to play the game.
