Having joined IMPOWER in 2004, Jeremy took on the role to found and lead our social care practice in 2007 and is now one of our lead client relationship Directors. He has led a wide range of projects across the NHS and all council areas, including assignments with the Department of Health, Department for Education, the LGA, more than 20 NHS bodies and over 50 councils. He is recognised as having played a major role in reframing the national agenda on demand-led change in social care, the health and social care interface, the relationship between social care and the NHS, and foster carer motivation and recruitment.
