IMPOWER named a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2026

We’re proud to share that IMPOWER has been recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

Published in partnership with employee experience platform WorkL, this nationwide survey celebrates the UK organisations leading the way in employee engagement, workplace culture and overall employee experience. This year’s list features across a wide range of industries – placing IMPOWER among the country’s top employers. You can view the full list here.

This is a fantastic milestone for us and one that reflects the culture we’ve built together as a team.

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it’s based on the views of our people. Across the survey, we scored ‘excellent’ across all areas of the employee experience – from how we support wellbeing and share information, to how we empower individuals and recognise the work they do. In particular, themes around pride and job satisfaction stood out, highlighting the sense of ownership, purpose and fulfilment that our team experiences day to day.
