They join our growing group of chartered IMPOWER colleagues, including James Swaffield, finalist for 2025 MCA Chartered Management Consultant of the Year.
At IMPOWER, supporting our people to grow and develop, and celebrate their achievements really matters to us.
ChMC (Chartered Management Consultant) accreditation, delivered by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), is the professional standard for management consultants in the UK. It recognises the highest levels of competence, professionalism and ethical practice.
That’s why achieving ChMC accreditation of our IMPOWER training and development programme was an important step for us. It offers our team a clear development pathway and a supported route to chartered status. We also recently expanded our programme to include the ChMC Senior Leader route.
Chartered status not only reflects our commitment to high quality consulting and the shared values we bring to our work – it gives our people a clear way to evidence the expertise they offer, how they work with our clients to deliver their ambition, and the impact they achieve in helping improve public services and deliver better outcomes.
We look forward to supporting even more colleagues on their journey to chartered status – with many more celebrations along the way. If you would like to find out more about our ChMC accredited training, please get in touch.
