Four IMPOWER colleagues shortlisted for MCA Awards

We are delighted to share that IMPOWER has been shortlisted for four individual awards at the 2025 MCA Awards. These prestigious awards celebrate excellence across the consulting industry, and we’re proud that our team’s commitment to delivering meaningful impact for public services has once again been recognised.
Our finalists for 2025 are:
- Dominic Luscombe, Thought Leader of the Year
-
Frances Tinsley, Technology Consultant of the Year
- James Swaffield, Chartered Management Consultant of the Year
-
Jessica Holmes, Rising Star
Jessica Holmes shared her thoughts on being shortlisted in the Rising Star category:
“Being nominated for an MCA for Rising Star was a wonderful surprise. Moving from education into consultancy was a big leap, but the support of my brilliant IMPOWER colleagues and clients has made it so rewarding. This recognition is a real honour – and a powerful reminder of why I do this work; to help make a difference for the young people and families who need it most.”
Speaking about his nomination, Dominic Luscombe said:
“It is great to be nominated for this award – this reflects some great work and impact with a number of clients and colleagues over the last two years that I’ve had the opportunity to lead and support.”
We are incredibly proud of our colleagues for being recognised among the best in the industry. These nominations are a testament not only to their talent and dedication, but also to IMPOWER’s wider mission to improve public services through insight, innovation and co-production.
The winners will be announced at the 2025 MCA Awards ceremony, taking place on 10 November in London. You can see the full details of our consultants’ nominations on the MCA website.
Congratulations to all our shortlisted colleagues – and good luck!
