Heroes of 2024: Dr Claire Tanner, Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust
We are nominating Dr Claire Tanner, Specialist Assessment Multidisciplinary team and Patient Flow Consultant, as hero of the year. Claire has been a driving force behind the mental health discharge guidance discovery in Sussex.
Through her role, Claire was instrumental in ensuring the voice of the frontline was accurately represented (at scale) within a recent gap analysis against mental health discharge. The views of the frontline were crucial in developing a “roadmap” to delivery within Sussex.
The work that Claire and her team do is focused on improving the outcomes for people with a Mental Health inpatient stay in Sussex, Claire truly is an unsung hero!
