Announcing our new operating model

As we prepare to launch our latest Annual Impact Report later this week, we are proud to also announce a new operating model for IMPOWER. This reflects our growth trajectory and will enable us to increase the scale of the positive impact we have on public services and the lives of those they support. Accordingly, we have created new roles within our Executive Team.

Ben Evans (Financial Sustainability & Place), Deborah Crossan (Children & Education) and James Swaffield (Health and Adults) have become Managing Directors, working closely with Ebony Hughes as our Chief Operating Officer and Chris Maxsted as Chief of Staff.

We are excited that Jeremy Cooper and Jon Ainger are joining Mark Lloyd in the role of Executive Director and will be focusing on engaging with senior leaders across the sector.

We are also delighted to announce the promotions of Dominic Luscombe and Martin Ellender to Director, reflecting their considerable contributions to the business. Paul Henry also joins us as Director taking leadership of our growing Applied Analytics Team.
