Kate is an incredible public sector leader who has worked tirelessly to improve outcomes for children and young people in Norfolk and to achieve the recent ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.
As part of this, she has played a lead role in developing and embedding the Valuing Care approach in Norfolk, which has helped Norfolk and its partners to better understand and respond to the needs of children and young people.
Kate has also chaired a number of Valuing Care ‘Shared Learning Events’ and supported the development of two reports exploring how learning can be shared nationally (see the latest Valuing Care report).
